Privacy Policy: Aiva Workspace

What it is
Aiva Workspace is a private, internal tool used only by the owner of nlpwiz.com, on his own computer. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What it can access
With the owner's consent, through Google's APIs, it has read-only access to the owner's own Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Docs. It cannot send email, or change or delete anything.
How the data is used
Only to help the owner find, read and summarise his own messages, calendar events and documents when he asks. To answer those requests, content may be processed by the AI model provider the owner uses (Anthropic), with model training on that content switched off. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
Where it is kept
On the owner's own computer. Access credentials are stored encrypted locally. Nothing is stored on nlpwiz.com.
Google API Services
Aiva Workspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
